The learned Counsel holding for Mr. L.C. Patil, submits that Mr. L.C. Patil is no more representing the respondents claimants in these appeals and the applications filed by him for withdrawal of amounts on behalf of these claimants are to be withdrawn. In view of the same, the appearance of Mr. L.C. Patil on behalf of respondents claimants stands discharged and the applications for withdrawal of amount and the application for bringing legal representatives filed by him also stand disposed of.
