As per the direction of this Court in Writ Petition No. 1940 of 2024 dated 20.02.2024, petitioner's application dated 05.12.2023 for renewal of license to operate 'A. T. Club and Resort' was decided by the respondent on 28th October 2024.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner makes a grievance that it was not decided within stipulated time and only after Contempt Petition was filed, the same is decided. We deprecate practice of the respondent for not adhering to the time stipulated in the order.
