Mr. Patl, the learned AGP, on instructions, submits that for additional vigilance, the matter was referred to the vigilance committee on 25.07.2016. Report of the same is not yet received.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that 06.09.2019 is the last date for submitting validity for seeking admission from S.T. Category. The petitioner has approached this Court today only. The vigilance report is also not yet received. In view of that, it would not be possible for us to issue any direction for deciding the validation proceeding before 6th September,2019.
