We cannot entertain the writ petition, as the remedy is available to the petitioner before the D.R.T. All contentions sought to be raised in the present petition can be raised before the D.R.T. Naturally, the D.R.T. would consider the contentions raised by the petitioner and consider the case put forth by the petitioner.

The petitioner may file application for stay to the possession, which application shall be considered by the D.R.T. immediately.
