This Contempt Petition is fled for non-compliance of the order dated 26/08/2024, passed by this Court, in Writ Petition No.9124/2024. The relevant part of the interim order reads as under :- "4. Until further orders, the Petitioner shall not dislodged from her present posting, only for the reason that Respondent No.7 desires that Respondent No.6 should remove her and replace her with Respondent No.8."

It is submitted by the learned Advocate for Respondent No.3 that, the Offce at Mumbai was not aware of the aforesaid interim order and therefore, they had issued transfer order of the Petitioner. However, he submits that, after they learnt about the aforesaid interim order of this Court, the concerned Authority cancelled her transfer order.

Learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that, in view of the subsequent development, the Contempt Petition can be disposed of.

In view of the above, we do not see any contempt of the order passed by this Court and the Contempt Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
