The Sub Divisional Officer, Paithan-Phulambri shall take a decision on the pending appeal of the Petitioner, within 90 days from today.

The said authority shall verify as to whether the Respondents were served by paper publication. If there has been a proper paper publication, the Respondents shall proceed with the appeal, by following the due procedure, as laid down in law and grant reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the stake holders. 3.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed off.
