Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the Respondent are Ad-idem that the present petitioners are similarly situated as petitioners in Writ Petition No.9688/2015 with connected Writ Petitions decided on 17.10.2016.

In view of the above, we follow the same course and pass the same order :

The Respondent/Zilla Parishad, Beed shall allow the petitioner to work at the place where the petitioner may be given posting by Zilla Parishad, Beed and the Zilla Parishad, Beed shall pay salary to the petitioner from the date of his joining. However, the period from the date the petitioner is relieved by Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon till he joins on the place as per order of Zilla Parishad, Beed shall be counted for continuity of service. At the time of next academic transfers, the respondent/Zilla Parishad, Beed shall endeavour to accommodate the petitioner as may be possible. The order for posting shall be given to petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of fifteen (15) days from today. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
