These applications are moved for seeking permission to bring the legal representatives of deceased respondent-original claimant on record.

It has been contended that deceased respondent-original claimant passed away and the applicants are his legal heirs. They wanted to pursue the proceedings as a party respondents in these matters. Hence, it is requested to issue direction to respondentAcquiring Body to carry out requisite amendment by bringing the present applicants on record as legal representatives of deceased respondent-original claimant.

In view of nature of subject matter, applications stand allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. The delay caused for filing present application is condoned. The respondent-Acquiring Body is hereby directed to carry out requisite amendment within a week. The Registry to do the needful for the same and list the matters for further process on 18-12-2017. Accordingly, civil applications stand disposed of in above terms.
