This petition was heard for sometime. The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not interested in securing the order of punishment against any respondents. He is interested in getting his land measured. It is further submitted that the payment has already been made on 15.06.2022 to the satisfaction of the department. The Challan is also shown to us, as well as to the learned A.G.P. 2.

The petitioner has mentioned the entire details of the land, which is to be measured and also the boundaries are mentioned in the form, a copy of which is shown to us, as well as to the learned A.G.P. As such, we are taking these three pages inclusive of the

911cp785.18 receipt on record, which are collectively marked as 'X-1' for identification.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner further submits that a compilation of 12 pages was tendered to the Court on the last date. We are taking said compilation on record, which is marked as 'X-2' collectively for identification. It is pointed out from 'X-2', that the 7/12 extract also indicates the share of the petitioner and so also, the area is identified. Earlier, the petitioner had deposited Rs. 12,000/- as fees for measurement on 16.01.2022, it's receipt is at page No. 6, below 'X-2'.

The learned A.G.P. submits, on specific instructions, gathered through the lunch recess that a statutory notice of 15 days would be issued prior to the measurement. Thereafter, within 15 days the measurement would be carried out and within 8 days thereafter, the measurement report and the map would be supplied to the petitioner. The respondent has tendered unconditional apology. 5.
