The respondent No.1 in these applications has filed three writ petitions revolving around the services rendered by the applicant.

By these applications, the applicant is seeking fixed date of hearing, in view of the petitions being due for final hearing and by stating that the applicant is aged 71 years and he is in receipt of mere provisional pension in spite of serving his length of service to the respondent. It is also pleaded that he is suffering from several diseases and facing an economic crisis. Considering the urgency expressed, let the writ petitions be listed for final hearing on 03/02/2022 at 2.30 p.m. Before the scheduled date of hearing, the parties are directed to complete the pleadings.
