At the outset, the order impugned does not require interference of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. Learned counsel, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the petition. The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. 3.
However, the issue of valuation of the suit for the purpose of court fees and jurisdiction is kept open.

Learned trial court shall expeditiously dispose off the suit. The parties shall cooperate in disposing the suit without seeking unnecessary adjournments. The trial court shall make an endeavour to decide and dispose off the suit within a period of three (03) months from today.

The petition stands disposed off in the aforesaid terms with no order as to costs.
