Heard learned AGP for the applicants. The reasons seeking extension of time are not convincing. When this Court has passed specific order and had also taken into consideration the alleged difficulty of the Government department in view of the fact that the respondent had crossed the age limit of 45 years, now there is no question of seeking any clarification from the superior authorities. The orders of the Court are for implementation and no clarification can be sought departmentally by any department of the Government. Hence Application stands rejected.
