26.09.2018 P.C. :- This petition can be disposed of by reiterating the directions already issued by this Court while disposing of Writ Petition No. 6361 of 2017 decided on 20.06.2017. The petitioner has submitted the corrected tribe certificate and the proposal on 30.10.2017 to the scrutiny committee. The scrutiny committee was directed under the orders passed by this Court in the writ petition referred to above to take decision in respect of the validation proposal of the petitioner within one year from the date of submission of the corrected tribe certificate and the proposal. Since the petitioner has tendered the corrected certificate on 30.10.2017, the committee is bound to take final decision in the matter by 30.10.2018 and it is accordingly directed. Writ petition stands disposed of.
