This application is for condonation of delay of 227 days in filing Criminal Appeal against order passed in Special Case No. 75/2022 dated 11.10.2023 and order below Exh. 49 dated 05.07.2024.

Learned APP opposed the application.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, this Court find that delay is neither deliberate nor inordinate. It seems that as Applicant had pursued review application earlier, the delay is caused. In the interest of justice, delay is condoned. Application is allowed. Appeal be register.
