Katneshwarkar, learned counsel for the Applicant points out the order passed by this Court on 13th October 2023, wherein it was stated that "After having heard the learned counsel for the applicant and on going through the police papers, we are not inclined to issue notice on merits. The learned counsel for the applicant, however, submits that the matter may be settled once the informant is before this Court in response to a notice". It appears that the notice was then issued to the Respondents. The Respondent No.2 appeared through Advocate. The concerned Advocate is not before this Court today and the learned Advocate
