The applicants, who are the original petitioners in the writ petition, pray for restoration of the writ petition, which was refused registration by the order of the learned Registrar dated 26.08.2019. For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the same is allowed and the writ petition is restored with the following directions :- (a) The petitioners shall remove all office objections from the writ petition on or before 30.09.2019.

(b) After removal of office objections, the writ petition shall be registered and shall be listed for urgent admission on 09.10.2019.

(c) The petitioners shall serve the advocate's notice to all the
