In all these three matters, Mr. Bayas, the learned counsel for the petitioners, states that father and/or uncle have been issued validity certificates. Validation proceedings in respect of tribe claims of the petitioners as 'Tokre Koli', Scheduled Tribe are pending with the Committee since 2011. The same are not 1/2
08,10&12.odt being decided inspite of the fact that father/uncle have been issued with the validity certificates of Tokare Koli, Scheduled Tribe.

Learned AGP, on instructions, states that in fact the Committee had closed the matter for orders in 2015 itself, however, as a Member of the Committee had retired, now the matter is kept for re-hearing on 3rd February, 2017.

The petitioners shall appear before the Committee on 03.02.2017 and put forth their cases. The Committee shall thereafter decide the said proceedings on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within four months from the date of appearance of the petitioners.

Writ petitions are accordingly disposed of. No costs.
