Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. He submits that the concerned authority i.e. Respondent No.3 - Collector, Beed has considered and decided the application of similarly situated persons and the application of the present petitioners has not yet been decided. He further submits that this Court, vide order dated 25th July, 2024 in Writ Petition No. 5099 of 2024, which was similar in nature, issued directions to the Collector therein to consider the claim of the petitioner therein for regularisation of his occupation over the subject land in accordance with law. 2.

Learned A.G.P. opposes the petition.

In view of above aspect and limited relief the petitioners are claiming, we direct the concerned authority to consider and decide the petitioners' application in stipulated time. This Court, as in similar matter has issued directions, present petition can conveniently be disposed of and hence we proceed to pass the following order :- The application of the petitioners submitted to Respondent No.3 - Collector, Beed shall be considered on its own merits in accordance with law and shall be decided within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
