This Contempt Petition is filed for non compliance of the Order dated 04.04.2024 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.3529 of 2024, by which Respondent No. 1 was directed to pass the appropriate orders on the communication dated 24.08.2023 within a period of ninety (90) days.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the concerned Respondent has complied with the order. 3.

The learned Addl. G. P. appearing for Respondent No.1 submits that the order has been complied with. He placed on record copy of the communication issued to the office of the Government Pleader by Respondent No.1. Copy of the same is taken on record and marked ' X'

for the purpose of identification.
