A communication is received from 2nd Joint Civil Judge (J.D.) & Judicial Magistrate (F.C.), Chalisgaon, seeking extension of time to dispose of S.C.C. No. 715/2010.

The accused in the said case had filed Criminal Application No.5780 of 2014 before this Court, for transfer of S.C.C. No. 715/2010. By an order dated 26th November 2014, this Court [Coram : T.V. Nalawade, J.] had observed that the case had not progressed any further. This Court had given direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate (F.C.) to expedite the matter and dispose of the same within two months from the date of receipt of the said order.

The original complainant had earlier filed Criminal Writ Petition No. 1561/2014. This Court [Coram : V.M. Deshpande, J.], vide order dated 18th February 2015, had directed the Magistrate to decide the complaint within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the said order.

In view of this, the Registrar [Judicial] is directed to place the matter before appropriate Bench.
