The petitioners have put forth prayer clause "B" as under:- "B) By issuing Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction in like nature, the Respondent Nos.02 may kindly be directed to decide the Pending Change Report (Inquiry) Nos. 412/2016 to 416/2016 within specific period." 2.

The learned advocate for the petitioners conceded that the Change Reports from 2005 are pending.

In view of the above, we would not direct the authority to decide the Change Report Nos. 412 of 2016 to 416 of 2016 prior to deciding the earlier Change Reports of the same Trust. 4.

As such, this petition is disposed off. Let the authority decide
