By the present application, the applicant - appellant is praying for bringing legal representatives of deceased respondent no.01 on record. He also seeks condonation of delay of 97 days caused in filing present application.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed.

The applicant - appellant is permitted to bring on record, legal

(Order) (2) Civil Appln. No. 15053 of 2018 representatives of deceased respondent no.01 i.e. respondents no.1A to 1D. Amendment to that effect be carried out within 14 days from the date of this order.

Learned Advocate Mr. A.N. Nagargoje submits that he can waive service on behalf of proposed legal representatives of respondent no.01. He can file Vakalatnama within two weeks.
