The petitioner/father of the applicants passed away on 29.4.2021. The learned counsel submits that the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide order dated 23.9.2021 passed in Misc. Application No. 665/2021 in SMW (C) No. 3/2020 has excluded the period from 15.3.2020 till 2.10.2021 in computing the period of limitation. The present application is filed on 25.10.2021, hence, the application is within limitation.
