DATE : 27/09/2017 PER COURT :- The application for issuance of tribe certificate of Koli Mahadev (Scheduled Tribe) is rejected. The appeal filed against said order is dismissed. Aggrieved thereby, the present Petition. 2] It is submitted that the father of the petitioners and the real brother of the petitioners are issued with the Tribe Certificate of Koli Mahadev (S.T.). The son of the real uncle of the petitioners Umakant is issued with the validity certificate of Koli Mahadev (S.T.). The school record of the petitioners state caste as Koli Mahadev (S.T.) 3] Considering the fact that the father and the real brother of the petitioners are issued with the Tribe certificate of Koli Mahadev so also as contended by the petitioners, the son of the real uncle of the petitioners is issued with the validity certificate, the impugned orders

-2are quashed and set aside. The respondent committee shall issue Tribe certificate to the petitioners of Koli Mahadev (S.T.), which certainly will be under the scrutiny of the committee. 4] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
