Issue notice to the respondents. The learned advocate Mr. Dhanure waives service for respondent no. 1. The learned A.G.P. waives service for respondent/State and the learned advocate Mr. Suryawanshi waives service for respondent no. 5.

We dispose of the writ petitions by directing the respondents to 2/3

undertake scrutiny of each of petitioners' proposals independently on their own merits and take appropriate decision as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of four (04) weeks from today and if they are found entitled to get reimbursement, shall disburse the money to them within a period of four weeks thereafter.
