DATE: 6th March, 2019 PER COURT:- Heard Shri A.B.Kale, learned Counsel appearing for the applicants and Shri S.S.Dande, learned Counsel appearing for the Acquiring Body.

Relying upon the earlier order passed in connected matters by this Court (Coram: Shri S.V.Gangapurwala, J.) in Civil Application No.6389 of 2015 and connected matters, the request is made to pass similar order in the present applications. The learned Counsel appearing for the Acquiring Body has consented for passing such order.

{2} CA 1489 OF 2019 In view of above, the following order is passed.

ORDER

I) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 25% of deposited amount on submitting undertaking to this Court that in the event the applicants are directed to deposit the said amount, the applicants would deposit the same within one month.

II) The applicants are further permitted to withdraw 75% of deposited amount on furnishing solvent surety/security/bank guarantee of any Nationalized or scheduled Bank in the like amount. III) The applications stand disposed of.
