The petitioner submits that the grievance raised by him with regard to an encroachment was subject matter of litigation at the behest of the alleged encroachers. The proceedings initiated by him have been dismissed. Even the Appeal preferred by him has been rejected. The Corporation, therefore, has to ensure that the encroachment is removed. The representation dated 19.05.2022 and a legal notice dated 26.07.2022 are pending with the Aurangabad Municipal Corporation.
