It is submitted that the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with the committee since the year 2015. The examination form of the petitioner for the second year M.B.B.S. exam is not being accepted only on the ground that the validity certificate is not issued.

We have heard the learned A.G.P. for respondent nos. 1 and 2 and the learned counsel for respondent no. 3. 3.

The respondent no.1-committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously

( 2 ) 926 wp 10884.17 and preferably within six months. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 25.09.2017.

The respondent no.3 shall not refuse to accept the examination form and with hold the result of the second year M.B.B.S. of the petitioner only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. Writ petition accordingly disposed of. [MANGESH S. PATIL, J.] [S.V. GANGAPURWALA, J.] mub
