The applicant-petitioner prays for condonation of delay of 30 days and for recalling the order of the learned Registrar dated 13.08.2018 refusing registration of the petition for non-removal of the office objections.

The learned advocate for the applicant-petitioner submits that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 26.10.2018, all the office objections have already been removed in the said writ petition.

In view of the above, the civil application is allowed. The order of the learned Registrar dated 13.08.2018 stands set aside and the writ petition shall stand registered.
