The Hon'ble Minister, Revenue Department, Mantralaya, Fort, Mumbai may please be directed to forthwith register, hear & decide the Revision Petition (Unregistered) filed by the petitioner challenging the judgment & order dated 02.09.2020, passed by the Additional Commissioner, Aurangabad Division, Aurangabad in Case No.2019/ROR/Rev./155, by issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions in the nature of writ of mandamus."

The revision petition is purportedly registered by the petitioner with the clerk of the inward department of respondent No.1 on 22nd

303 WP.10991.22.odt January, 2021. His grievance is that the said proceedings have still not been registered. There is no hearing on the same. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 4.

Let the office of respondent No.1 scrutinize the revision purportedly filed by the petitioner on 22nd January, 2021. If the same has been received in the inward section, the proceedings be registered and after issuing notices to all the contesting parties and by following the due procedure laid down in law, let the said proceedings be decided as expeditiously as possible and in any case, on or before 31st May, 2023.
