The learned counsel appearing for the applicants informs this Court that the charge-sheet is filed on 16th September, 2016. Therefore, though the ad-interim relief was granted by this Court on 28th September, 2016, the said order cannot be enforced. He further seeks liberty to produce on record the copy of the chargesheet. 2.

We are not inclined to entertain the prayer of the applicants. If the

5236.16appln applicants are advised, they can file the appropriate application for discharge before the concerned Court. In case the applicants file the application for discharge within four weeks from today, the concerned Court shall decide the same, on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within eight weeks from today.
