The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner challenges the notice dated 29.08.2025, wherein the vehicle (TATA Hyva) of the petitioner is seized by the authorities on 27.08.2025 and show cause notice is issued as to why penalty should not be imposed on the vehicle for illegal transport of the minor mineral.

I am informed that the final order is passed. 4.

Considering the same, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file an appeal before the appropriate authority. The petitioner is at liberty to apply before the appellate authority for

2 PB5 release of the vehicle in the pending appeal. He may also point out provisions of the Land Revenue Code i.e. Section 48 to seek release of the vehicle as the law apply for release. If such an application is filed the same to be decided in accordance with law and expeditiously.
