Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the light of the Labour Court having decided the pending Complaints (ULP) finally, these petitions are rendered infructuous, since the interim orders of the Labour Court were assailed. He further submits that by order dated 28.7.2014, this Court had disposed off similar Writ Petitions filed by the petitioner Municipal Council.

In the light of the above, these petitions stand disposed off as being infructuous.
