These petitions can be disposed of by directing respondent No.2/ Sub Divisional Officer to take decision on the applications presented by the petitioners under Section 28A of Land Acquisition Act in the year 2013, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today, after extending an opportunity of

On determination of the applications, presented by the petitioners under Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act, if the petitioners are found entitled to receive enhanced amount of compensation, respondent No.3 shall make actual payment of amount to the respective petitioners, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of decision by respondent No.2-Sub Divisional Officer.
