The learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer for issuing a direction to the respondent No.3 - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Beed to decide his application dated 4.7.2023 whereby, he has prayed that the order dated 19.6.2018 approving the services of the petitioner from 13.2.2017 may be modified and approval to his services may be accorded with effect from the academic year 2012-13 till January, 2018 in view of the proposal dated 14.2.2023 submitted by the management of the School, where the

In view of the innocuous nature of the prayer made, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondent No.3 to consider and decide the application/representation dated 14.7.2023 made by the petitioner, in accordance with law and with expedition, say within a period of three months from the production of service of copy of this order.
