Mr.Gunale, learned counsel submits that the petitioner had filed the present Petition, seeking directions to forward the proposal of the petitioner to open and run 8th standard. Now the permission has been granted to the petitioner to open and run 8th standard but the same is granted on self-finance basis. The petitioner wants to challenge the same by filing amendment application. 3.
The challenge would be a substantive challenge to the
policy of the Government. The petitioner may assail the said permission on self-finance basis by filing separate proceedings. 4.
The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
