By consent, this writ petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause "A" subject to payment of costs of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only), which the petitioners have already deposited before the trial court. However, the petitioners shall adduce evidence after their appearance before the trial court within two successive dates. The trial court shall pay the amount of costs to respondent Nos. 1 to 3 original plaintiffs.
