The petitioners claim to have belonged to 'Naikda' Scheduled Tribe. Their tribe certificates have been invalidated by respondent no. 2 - Scrutiny Committee. Therefore, they are before us. 3.

Although, learned AGP has reservations to allow the Writ Petition, the fact is that this Court in more than one Writ Petitions granted not less ten blood relations of the petitioner validity certificates. The only course therefore, available for us is to grant the petitioners similar order.

Hence, the petition stands allowed in terms of following order :

ORDER

i.

The order impugned herein is hereby set aside. ii.

Respondent no. 2 - Scrutiny Committee is directed to issue the petitioners validity certificates of 'Naikda' Scheduled Tribe.

iii.

The validity certificates to be issued to the petitioners shall be co-terminus with the validity certificates pursuant to the directions issued by this Court in the earlier Writ Petitions.

iv.
