Present application has been filed by the legal representatives of original claimant for bringing them on record. It can be termed as suo moto application.

Taking into consideration the fact that the appeal has been filed by the acquiring body, the L.A.R. was decided on 05.08.2014 and the original claimant appears to have expired on 06.09.2016, in fact, it was the duty of the present applicants to inform the said fact to their Advocate who would have in turn made that statement at the time of delay condonation application. But when legal representatives are suo moto filing the
