We have heard the learned advocate for the petitioner. According to the learned advocate, the applications filed by the petitioner are not considered. The hospital over charged the petitioner.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents/State has placed on record copy of report to submit that the complaint of the petitioner was considered and excess billing was not found.

In the light of that, no further orders would be necessary. The petitioner would be at liberty to take such steps as may be
