By this application, the applicant seeks permission to serve respondent no.1 by way of news paper publication. 2.

For the reasons stated in the civil application, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause - 'B' and the same is disposed of accordingly.

The applicant shall serve unserved respondent no.1 by way of news paper publication i.e. Dainik Pudhari, District Beed within a period of six weeks.
