1) Heard the learned counsel for respective parties. 2) In view of the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in a case of Arun Vishwanath Sonone V/s State of Maharashtra and Others reported in 2015 (1) Mh. L. J. 457, the validation proceedings are required to be decided, for enabling the employee to claim protection in service.

2 WP9646.14 3) In light of that, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No adverse action be taken against the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceedings are pending. The employer can proceed further in tune with the judgment of the Committee in validation proceedings. Naturally, the petitioner also would have a right to take up further proceedings in case the validation proceedings are decided against the petitioner. No costs. [ V. L. ACHLIYA, J. ] [ S. V.
