We cannot grant any other relief except giving direction to the Superintendent of Police to look into the grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate decision.

In the circumstances, we direct the Superintendent of Police, Ahmednagar to consider the grievance of the petitioner and take decision on the application/representation filed by the petitioner with it on 05.09.2016 after going through the investigation papers and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of four weeks from today.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
