At the outset, the learned APP has tendered across the Bar communication dated 21-11-2016 addressed to Principal Secretary, Home Department, Jail-3, Government of Maharashtra by the Superintendent, Open District Jail, Paithan, District Aurangabad, wherein it is stated that prisoner No. C-4447 - Hari Laxman Atode has been already released on 19-11-2016. The communication dated 21-11-2016 is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification purpose.

In that view of the matter, prayer made by the petitioner in instant petition is satisfied.
