DATED : 23rd FERUARY, 2015 P.C. :- Heard Mr.Patil, learned counsel for petitioner. The learned counsel submits that the respondents be directed to add the service rendered by the petitioner from 21/6/1967 to 29/4/1979 as a primary teacher with respondent no.6 with present service. The claim is pending, however, no decision has been taken. Mr.Pawar, learned counsel for the Zilla Parishad submits that the same is pending with respondent nos.2 and 3 and since 2011 the same would be considered by the respondents.

2] As statement is made by respondent nos.2 and 3, that the claim of the petitioner for considering his earlier services would be

wp9903-14 -2considered within three months, there is no need to pass any further orders. Said statement is accepted. Respondent nos.2 and 3 shall consider said claim of the petitioner preferably within three months. 3] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
