Heard the learned Counsel representing the petitioner and learned GP representing the State. 2.

After arguing some time, the learned Counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition to pursue other remedies which are available to them under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 by way of approaching the State functionaries / authorities.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty as above.

We further provide that in case the petitioners approach the authorities /State functionaries, under the statutory provisions of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, for redressal of their grievances raised, the same shall be considered and appropriate decision shall be taken by the concerned, strictly in accordance with the law.
