A] ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATIONS FOR WITHDRAWAL 1] The present civil applications are filed for
withdrawal of the amount deposited by the acquiring body in this Court.
2] The learned counsel for the applicants relies upon the order dated 15th February, 2023 passe by this Court in Civil Application No.184 of 2022 in First Appeal Stamp No.31937 of 2021 wherein this Court has granted ad-interim stay to the applicants therein subject to deposit of 50% amount of compensation along with interest accrued thereon.
3] In view of the same, the present applicants are permitted to withdraw entire 50% amount of compensation deposited in this Court along with interest accrued thereon till date on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar [Judicial] of this court. Civil Applications are disposed of according.
B] ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION FOR STAY Since the appellant - acquiring body has deposited the amount as directed by this Court, the adinterim stay granted earlier stands confirmed. Civil Applications are disposed of accordingly.
C] ORDER IN FIRST APPEALS :
1] First Appeals are admitted.
2] On admission, the learned AGP waives notice for respondent nos.2 and 3 in all First Appeals. Mr.R.D.Biradar, learned counsel waives notice for respondent no.1 in all First Appeals.
3] Office objections, if any, to be removed within eight weeks.
