PER COURT :- 1) This is an application for setting aside the order dated 14.09.2015, passed by the Registrar refusing registration of the writ petition.

For the reasons recorded in the application, the application deserves to be allowed and same is accordingly allowed. The order passed by the Registrar, refusing registration of the writ petition, is quashed and set aside. The delay occurred in presenting the application is condoned. The matter is restored to its original position 3) The petitioner shall remove the office objections within a period of eight weeks from today, failing which the order passed by us in the instant civil application shall stand re-called. Civil Application is disposed of. 4) Place the writ petition for admission on 21st October, 2015.
