After making submissions for a while, when it was pointed out that if the applicant intends to raise the ground that respondent No.2 has violated any term of the bail then the applicant should approach the said Court first, the learned Advocate for the applicant, thereafter, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this application with liberty to approach the same Court.

In view of the fact that the application for cancellation of bail appears to be on the point of breach of term of the bail granted to respondent No.2 and the applicant should approach the said Court first and not directly come to this Court, the applicant is allowed to withdraw the application with liberty as prayed.
