The applicant is seeking withdrawal of compensation amount deposited by the present respondent No.1 insurance company. 3.

The learned counsel for the insurance company submits that though the insurance company had fled the appeal against the impugned award, but subsequently it was withdrawn. 4.

As such, the amount which was deposited by the insurance company in the said appeal, can be given to the applicant. In view of the same, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B and the applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount mentioned therein alongwith with the accrued interest till date. Application is disposed of accordingly.
